Pagewizard Web Design

Getting a Price Quote

We feel that it is necessary to dispense with pre-made templates on the grounds that since every client has different online needs, it is therefore imperative to tailor the website to the client on a custom basis. Therefore, we operate on a quote-by-quote basis and it becomes necessary to contact us and tell us what you need before we can give you a price estimate.

Working Under Contract

Before any work can be done, the terms under which a client and Pagewizard Web Design do business must be established. For this, we use a contract that is necessary for mutual protection against any disputes that may occur during the development process. By drafting and signing a contract, both parties will have a guide that clearly presents what must be done to bring a project to completion.

When we first meet with a client, we like to leave a copy of our contract with him or her so that he or she can read it and become familiar with it. On the second meeting, it is normal to have the contract signed (each party has a copy, and great care is taken on our part to make sure that all copies are identical) in order to start the work phase of the project.

Frequently Asked questions

Q: Do I have to accept the contract as it is initially presented?
A: Not at all. Our contract is written to address frequently encountered issues, but it is possible to customize the contract to make it mutually satisfactory prior to the signing.
Q: How do your prices compare with the competition?
A: The web design market is highly competitive, but we often price below market value because we believe that custom web design should be affordable to any company regardless of budget.
Q: How much do I have to pay up front?
A: We prefer that people pay 50% up front, with the other half paid upon the project's completion. However, we are flexible in our payment plans, particularly if you have done business with us before. In such cases, we will accept as little as 25% down with 25% installments paid throughout the duration of the project.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash (US only), check, or Paypal.
Q: Can I add additional services to a project after the contract is signed?
A: Unfortunately, we do not allow this. Once a contract has been signed by both parties, it cannot be changed. However, you are more than welcome to take out a second contract in which the requested services will be billed as a separate job.
